"Honestly, the fabric just feels right"
The fabric is really soft and comfy. I can’t explain it much more than that, it just feels good the second you put it on

"I’ve been happy with Everlane..."
I’ve been happy with Everlane overall. Their clothes have this clean, understated look that feels easy to wear without trying too hard. The fits are nice, the colors are solid, and nothing feels overly trendy or loud, which I really appreciate.

"Quick exchange, thankfully"
I had to swap sizes i was already annoyed thinking it would take forever. But the return label showed up fast, and the replacement shipped sooner than I expected. Painless overall.

"Clothes that actually hold up"
I’ve ordered from Everlane a few times now, mostly jeans, tees, and one jacket, and overall I’ve had a good experience. The pieces aren’t necessarily fancy or super standout, but they do feel thoughtfully made in a simple, reliable way.

My oldest pair of jeans is over a year old now and still fits about the same, which impressed me. I haven’t noticed any weird stretching or thinning, and the tees have held up better in the wash than a lot of others I’ve bought.

The prices aren’t exactly cheap, so I do think about it a little before ordering, but I also don’t feel like I’m constantly replacing things. For me, that makes it feel worth it, and I’d be happy to buy from them again.

"Customer service was decent, but slower than I hoped"
I ordered from everlane and ended up needing help with a sizing issue, so I reached out to customer service. To be fair, they did get back to me, but it took a couple of days, which felt a little long for something simple.

When they finally replied, the answer was actually useful. They explained the return process clearly enough, so I can’t really say they weren’t helpful. I did have to follow up once though, which made the whole thing feel a bit more annoying than it needed to be.

Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not exactly impressive either. I’d probably still shop at everlane, but if I needed quick support, I’m not sure I’d feel super confident.

"Quick shipping and felt like a solid experience"
I ordered from Everlane and, the shipping was faster than I figured it would be. I got the tracking info pretty much right away, and the package showed up in good shape with no weird delays or hassles. Just based on the overall feel of it, I’d say it was a smooth, reliable experience. I’d order from them again.

"Sizing was close for me??"
It fit well overall, but the sleeves were just a little longer than I expected?? Not a big deal though, I’d still wear it

"Good stuff, just a bit pricey here and there"
I’ve liked the quality of this stuff so far, and it does feel like you’re getting something decent. That said, some of the prices still feel a little high for what it is.

Very good customer here. why does a company this size not offer online chat or phone customer services? very disappointing and frustrating.

I returned a pair of shoes last week and have not heard from anyone and i cannot access a live person. please put me on the right road. to customer service thank you, rita

“Everlane held onto my return without telling me for several days because I requested a refund NOT a store credit! Shameful! They will not be able to compete with all the reputable stores that get you the refunds right away and have live people to talk to at customer service!”
